Publication - orders
16 The Board shall, as soon as practicable after an order is made under section 13 or 14,
(a) publish the order on the Department website, and
(b) publish in The Royal Gazette a notice of the order
(i) in the form prescribed by regulation, and
(ii) for the period prescribed by regulation.
